The STUF-200H handheld ultrasonic flowmwter and STUF-200F1B clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter are Shenitech's latest innovation for low cost, high accuracy and non-intrusive flow measurement. They integrate state-of-the-art transit-time measurement and ultrasonic signal processing technologies as well as the latest advancements in semiconductors.
The unique clamp-on fixture design makes the installation very simple and no special skills or tools are required. Due to the non-intrusive nature of the clamp-on technique, there is no pressure drop, no moving parts, no leaks and no contamination.
The compact, light-weight design makes the STUF-200H handheld flowmeter truly portable. The main unit weights about 1.2lbs only. The rugged aluminum-alloy case allows the flowmeter to be used in harsh environment.
The STUF-200F1B flowmeter is designed for long-term flow monitorig and process control. It has versital output and input capabilities.
Both STUF-200H and STUF-200F1B are ideal for general flow survey, HVAC hydronic balancing/testing, energy consumption supervision, water conservation management, beverage and food processing, chemical process monitoring, power plant pipe flow monitoring, and other closed-pipe applications where non-invasive measurement of liquids is required. Benefited from our advanced digital signal processing technology, the handheld flowmeter works reliably in both clean and opaque liquid flow. Examples of liquids include but not limited to variety of water (hot/chilled water, city water, sea water), sewage and drain water, oil (crude/diesel/fuel), chemicals (alcohol, acids, etc.), beverage, food, water/glycol solutions, and other liquids.
