Sunnyvale, Calif. (March 28, 2003) -- Catalyst Semiconductor (Nasdaq: CATS) today announced Mouser Electronics of Mansfield, Texas, will distribute Catalyst Semiconductor's serial and parallel EEPROMs, Digitally Programmable Potentiometers and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
